Today we're releasing two dedicated product tiers on the Aquator platform — Yacht Plans and Superyacht Plans — designed to give every yacht operator in Europe the right tools at the right scale.
Whether you're a hands-on owner managing a 14-metre sailing yacht or a professional captain running operations on a 60-metre motor yacht with a crew of twelve, Aquator now has a plan built around how your vessel actually operates.
A weekend sailboat and a fully crewed superyacht have fundamentally different operational needs. A 14-metre yacht owner needs maintenance tracking, document storage, and maybe a logbook. A 45-metre superyacht captain needs ISM compliance, crew certification management, multi-department workflows, and audit-ready documentation.
Forcing both into the same product doesn't work. That's why we've built two distinct tiers — each modular, each configurable, each priced for what it delivers.
Yacht Plans are built for owner-operators and small crews managing recreational and semi-professional vessels. The focus is on the operational basics that every yacht needs but most owners are still tracking with spreadsheets and notebooks.
What's available: maintenance scheduling with calendar and engine-hour triggers, document management for certificates, insurance, manuals and registration, inventory tracking for spare parts and consumables, logbook and voyage recording, and a dashboard that gives you a single view of your vessel's status.
Everything is modular — choose what you need, skip what you don't. Pricing starts at our Starter tier (free) and scales through Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, and Delta depending on the modules and vessel size.
The goal is simple: get organised before the season starts, and stay organised once it does.
Superyacht Plans are built for the operational reality of running a large yacht. Professional captains, fleet managers, and management companies need tools that handle compliance, multi-crew coordination, charter operations, and reporting — without the six-figure price tag and year-long implementation of legacy enterprise software.
What's available in Superyacht Plans:
ISM and ISPS compliance tracking with automated reminders and audit-ready documentation. Preventative maintenance scheduling tied to engine hours, calendar intervals, and manufacturer recommendations. Crew certification and compliance management with expiry alerts across every crew member. Multi-vessel dashboards for fleet managers and management companies. Role-based permissions — captain, chief officer, chief engineer, purser, and shore-based management each get their own view. Charter management including guest preference profiles, turnover checklists, and voyage reporting. Inventory and spare parts tracking with reorder thresholds. Financial tracking and budget reporting against operational categories.
Every module is available individually. A 30-metre sailing yacht that doesn't charter has a completely different configuration than a 55-metre motor yacht running back-to-back charters in the Western Med. Your Aquator setup should reflect that.
Superyacht Plans are available at our Echo tier and above, with custom Foxtrot configurations for vessels over 100 metres and multi-yacht fleets.
Both tiers are available right now at aquatormarine.com. Sign up, choose your plan, pick your modules, and you're running in minutes. No demos required. No sales calls. No implementation project.
Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial — full access, all modules unlocked, no credit card required.
We're launching in the European market, starting with the Western Mediterranean — the Côte d'Azur, Italian Riviera, and the Balearics. From here, we expand across the full Med and into Northern Europe throughout 2026.
Over the coming weeks we'll be publishing detailed guides to each module, video walkthroughs, and case studies from captains already using the platform. If you want to be the first to see them, sign up for our newsletter at aquatormarine.com.
Your yacht deserves better than a spreadsheet. Now it has options.
