We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to drive our growth and deliver exceptional client support. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of client relationships and engagement strategies
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline in our CRM system, ensuring reliable sales forecasting
  • Develop and refresh prospect and customer lists from strategic marketing data and other lead sources
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and the broader marine landscape
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction, delivering professional support consistently
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Play a pivotal role in the onboarding process of yachts, crews, staff, and companies to our platform

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of business experience
  • Proficiency in business English
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Energetic and efficient in communications
  • Comfortable and adaptable in a start-up environment
  • Experience in customer support roles
  • Stellar organizational skills
  • Skilled in using a variety of tech-tools
  • A distinct advantage: A genuine interest in oceanic/yachting life or a passion for yachts and boats
