• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and UI/UX designers, to analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable technical solutions
• Apply software development best practices, including clean code architecture, modular design, code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and comprehensive documentation
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure seamless functionality and reliability under load
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes and ensure smooth delivery of updates and features
• Design and manage MongoDB schemas, queries, and aggregations to handle large datasets efficiently and ensure data integrity
• Develop secure and efficient RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints to support front-end and third-party integrations
• Implement real-time functionalities using WebSockets or other relevant technologies to enhance interactivity and responsiveness
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies, team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and peer programming
• Continuously research and incorporate the latest technologies, frameworks, and trends in MERN stack development

• 1-3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, along with expertise in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• In-depth understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and API integration. Experience with GraphQL is highly desirable
• Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git, with a focus on collaborative workflows such as GitFlow
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills to identify and resolve issues quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Passion for staying updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in web development
