Aquator Marine is seeking a proactive and client-focused Yacht Account Manager to join our team remotely, ensuring the success of our growing fleet of yachts and providing world-class support to our clients.

Role

We’re seeking a dedicated Yacht Account Manager to oversee client accounts, guide users through onboarding, and provide comprehensive training and support for our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in client management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for enhancing customer experiences in the yachting and marine software industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting in-depth research to identify potential prospects and new business opportunities within the target market.

  • Building and managing a robust pipeline of leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events.

  • Developing and executing targeted outreach strategies to engage prospects and generate interest in our solutions.

  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with campaign strategies and objectives.

  • Qualifying leads by assessing their needs and aligning them with our offerings to ensure high-quality opportunities.

  • Tracking and analyzing lead performance metrics to continuously improve outreach and engagement strategies.

  • Staying updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or client-facing roles, preferably in the SaaS or marine industry.

  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, such as HubSpot or Salesforce, with the ability to leverage tools for account tracking and relationship management.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and concise training sessions.

  • Highly organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, remote environment.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts, ensuring personalized attention and service.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

  • Passion for technology and an interest in the yachting or marine industry is a strong advantage.

Work Arrangement:

  • Location: Europe-based, Flexible (Remote work).

  • Salary: Negotiable​
