Role Overview

Join Aquator Marine, a leading yacht software company, and play a key role in shaping how our brand, products, and story are presented to the global marine industry.

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Associate to support and execute Aquator Marine's marketing activities across multiple channels. This role is hands-on and diverse, covering content creation, digital marketing, events, and marketing strategy for both B2B and B2C audiences. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and analytical, with real-world marketing experience and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote start-up environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of Aquator Marine's marketing strategy across B2B and B2C segments
  • Create and manage marketing content, including website copy, blog articles, social media posts, newsletters, and sales collateral
  • Assist with digital marketing activities, including email campaigns, social media management, and website updates
  • Contribute to content planning and editorial calendars aligned with product launches, events, and campaigns
  • Support event planning and coordination, including boat shows, industry events, and company-led initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales and business development to ensure consistent messaging and aligned campaigns
  • Help track and analyze marketing performance metrics to support continuous improvement
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and best practices in digital and SaaS marketing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent qualification)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a marketing role
  • Proven experience in content creation and copywriting for digital platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent)
  • Experience working with digital marketing tools, CMS platforms, and social media channels
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, start-up environment
  • Bonus: Experience marketing for tech companies or SaaS/start-up environments
  • Bonus: Interest in yachting, marine technology, or the maritime industry
